Upload Rent Roll

Upload one or more rent roll files. We accept a single Excel workbook with multiple property tabs, multiple workbooks (one per property), or a single CSV table.
Supported: .csv, .xlsm, .xlsx.

What happens now?

• Files are saved to uploads/rentroll/ with a timestamped unique name.
• We parse sheet(s)/table, infer as_of_date, occupied/total units, care level, and rent per unit.
• Per-sheet counts appear as flash messages; dashboard metrics update automatically.
